Shipping

Orders placed on peakdesign.com are packed in San Francisco and ship worldwide. Delivery windows depend on destination and whether an item is in stock, pre-order, or made to order. You will receive tracking as soon as the carton leaves our warehouse.

Returns & exchanges

Unused Peak Design products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Factory 2nd and final-sale items are not returnable. Start a return from your account or email [email protected] with your order number.

Lifetime warranty

Peak Design products are guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects and failures that make the product non-functional. Cosmetic wear, misuse, accidents, apparel, and factory 2nds are not covered. Battery products carry a two-year warranty. Read the full policy on our warranty page.

How to clean your gear

Most bags and straps can be spot-cleaned with mild soap and cold water. Do not machine-wash weatherproof fabrics or put hardware in a dryer. Let gear air-dry out of direct sun.

Finding your serial number

Serial numbers are typically printed on an interior label (bags) or laser-etched on hardware (Capture, tripods). If your product has no serial, choose “No” when you register it and pick the product from the list.

Registering your gear speeds up warranty claims. Create an account, add the product, then submit a claim from your registered-gear page.
